Vertebrate Pest Management Association Australia
The Vertebrate Pest Management Association Australia (VPMAA) is an independent, not–for-profit association. Members are Commercial Operators in Vermin Destroyers or Commercial Wildlife Controllers or Professional Pest Controllers licensed by their state or territory departments i.e Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning, the Department of Sustainability and Environment and Department of Human Services to carry out land-based vertebrate pest management throughout Australia.
I have been a member of the VPMAA for nearly 5 years and have found the association to be the most helpful resource for Vertebrate Pest Managers in Australia. I was in contact with the association for some time before I signed up and was impressed with the professionalism of the members. The committee were always willing to help and great to deal with and have always been very supportive of my business. The expansion into a national association can only be a great thing for the industry.
Over many years I’ve seen this Association help people in need of pest solutions get their problems solved. From broad acre farmers to small land holders needing foxes, rabbits, deer or wild dogs dealt with to professional pest managers needing advice on insurance, licensing, staff training or help with government agencies. This group of hard working volunteer’s have chipped in 1,000’s of hours to help out others. These guys and girls are a credit to themselves for all this selfless effort!
